The parties

These Terms govern your use of bedayakit.com and the digital products sold on it ("the Service"). The Service is operated by Bedaya ("we", "us"), based in Cairo, Egypt. By using the Service or buying a product, you ("the buyer", "you") agree to these Terms.

What you're buying

Bedaya sells digital toolkits — PDFs, spreadsheets, calculators, and prompt libraries — designed to help entrepreneurs validate, build, and launch businesses. Each kit is delivered as a downloadable file via secure link after purchase.

What you get: Lifetime access to the specific kit(s) you purchased, including all future updates.

What you don't get: Personal coaching, consulting, or custom advice beyond what's documented in the kit — unless your tier explicitly includes it (e.g., Founder's Edition direct email line).

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Payment is processed through Paymob and supports card payments, mobile wallets, and other Paymob-supported methods.

Prices may change at any time, but a completed purchase is honored at the price paid.

Delivery

Digital products are delivered by email within 5 minutes of successful payment. The email contains a download link valid for 7 days. If you don't receive it, check spam. If still missing after 30 minutes, contact hello@bedayakit.com with your payment receipt and we'll resend.

License — what you can and can't do

You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the kit for your own business and personal development.

You may:

• Use the kit on as many of your own devices as you like
• Print copies for your own use
• Apply the frameworks and templates to your own business projects
• Show specific pages to a private collaborator working on your business

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the kit
• Upload to file-sharing services or public repositories
• Publish the kit's contents publicly
• Use the contents to create a directly competing product
• Remove copyright notices or watermarks

Violations result in immediate license termination without refund and may trigger legal action.

Refunds

Our refund policy is documented in full at bedayakit.com/refund and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary: 7-day conditional refund if you have downloaded fewer than 3 files from your kit.

Intellectual property

All Bedaya content — text, design, frameworks, prompt libraries, the Bedaya Scorecard, branding, and code — is the intellectual property of Bedaya and is protected by Egyptian and international copyright law. The frameworks and methods may be used in your own business; the specific words, designs, and code may not be reproduced.

"Bedaya" and "بداية" are unregistered trademarks of Bedaya.

No guarantees of business success

Bedaya provides tools and frameworks. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome. Whether your business succeeds depends on your idea, market, execution, timing, and many factors outside our control. Customer success stories are not promises about your results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, Bedaya's total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email to existing customers. The "Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes will be resolved first by good-faith negotiation (hello@bedayakit.com); if unresolved, by Egyptian courts of competent jurisdiction.
